The Humbug – A Hummer H1 Body on a VW Beetle Chassis

Driving through Selbyville, Delaware I noticed what looked to be a lowered version of the original Hummer H1. Once I got a closer look though I realized that it was sitting on a Volkswagen Beetle chassis. It had me fooled definately. I would like to take it muddin’ for sure. Does anyone know anything about these?
